ICAMusCharles Ives Song Recital, Florence 2003: Original Texts are online with Italian Translations by Aloma Bardi.

2-1-2012. The texts of a historic ICAMus event, and one of the most successful, are online: the Ives 32-Song program at Teatro della Pergola in Florence (7 May 2003), with projected texts, translations and images, and with light design. On that occasion, H. Wiley Hitchcock’s monumental critical edition of the pieces (2004), at the time still unpublished, was first adopted by the Center as a world première. Once more, ICAMus acknowledges the late scholar’s generosity.

Please find the 2003 ICAMus Ives performance texts, with an Italian translation by Aloma Bardi.
